From 1 July 2009, Centacare formed an innovative partnership with BRACE Education, Training and Employment, in recognition of the changing needs of people looking for work. This partnership is known as CentaBRACE Employment.

The collaboration of these two well established community based agencies brings together extensive experience, skills and staff to provide a range of services to jobseekers and employers in the Ballarat, Geelong and Mildura regions.

Centacare programs continue to support jobseekers with specialist services to assist disadvantaged clients who require additional assistance to stabilise personal circumstances and to address those issues which are impacting on their capacity to engage and remain in employment, education and training.
