As we are come closer to Christmas we rightfully start to think about our coming holiday, family gatherings, what we need to buy as gifts and so on. We can become so busy, so stressed that we forget what Christmas is really about.

Working at Centacare, I believe, helps us stay centred on what the meaning of Christmas is. It is in the words of Oscar Romero “Christ living amongst us”.

I would like to thank all our staff, our Board members and partner organisations for the work they have done on behalf of Centacare, and therefore on behalf of the Catholic Diocese of Ballarat, throughout the past year.
I hope that during this Christmas period you and your family experience the Peace, Hope and Love that is Christmas and I pray that the blessings of the Christmas season will turn our minds to peace and to one another.

09/11/2009 CHRISTMAS TOY DRIVE - Ballarat

Support Centacare spread some Christmas cheer to local families who need it the most.
