A Quality Organisation

Centacare endeavours to deliver programs and services to a standard that meets and exceeds our clients' needs and funding bodies expectations.
To demonstrate our ongoing commitment to quality practice and continual improvement we participate in external reviews and are accredited by the Quality Improvement Council (QIC), this provides an independent guarantee of adherence to professional standards.
In addition to maintaining accreditation, we are active participants in quality initiatives and provide peer reviewers to QICSA, our accreditation agency.

A Sustainable Organisation
Centacare is working to build sustainable strategies and practices to meet the needs of stakeholders, staff and clients today whilst seeking to protect, support and enhance human and natural resources into the future.
Our new IT infrastructure has been developed using sustainable purchasing practices and equipment. We are constantly implementing systems to realise a paperless office to reduce our environmental footprint and improve workflows and efficiencies, and this year have supported the establishment of a staff led "Green Team".
