The Mother Support Program provides flexible home-based outreach support and community case management for women who are living with a mental illness who have dependent children in their care and who live within the local government area of Ballarat. The Mother Support program playgroup and other special interest groups are run regularly for the benefit of mothers and their children. Participation in our program is on a voluntary basis. Mothers Support is a free service.

- To provide a flexible, responsive and integrated service.
Who can access this service?
Mothers
- Who have a serious mental illness
- Who are pregnant or have children in their care more than 50% of the time.
- Who have a child up to 10 years of age (preference 0 – 5 years).
- That reside within the local government area of Ballarat.
- Who have a desire to participate in the program.
Availability
The program operates 5 days per week from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm.
