Integrated Family Services

Family ServicesThe aim of this program is to work with families and communities to enhance and protect the health and well being of all children in the community. Integrated Family Services provides a range of interventions including intake, active engagement, case management, practical in home support and volunteer/mentoring.


Target Group

  • Children at risk of harm in the care of their parents or caregivers.
  • Families at risk of being notified to Child Protection.

and residing in either the Greater Grampians (Cities of Ballarat and Ararat, Shires of Moorabool, Hepburn, Pyrnesses, and Golden Plains)

or

the Northern Mallee

Available Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm
