The program provides advocacy services to people from Cultural and Linguistically Diverse backgrounds who require access to Home and Community Care funded services.

Program Description

The Community Development and Advocacy Service whose focus is on improving the uptake of Home and Community Care (HACC) Services of people from CALD (Cultural and Linguistically Diverse) backgrounds. This Service provides individual and systemic advocacy and research.

Target Group

People from CALD backgrounds who are HACC eligible (ie older people, anyone with a disability, or a Carer of a person with a disability) who are experiencing difficulty in accessing HACC services.

Ballarat Monday to Friday 9.00 – 5.00

Horsham Wednesday 9.00 – 5.00pm.
