The Coordinator, Advocacy Services is responsible for the leadership and supervision of the Advocacy Services Program staff. As the Coordinator you will be responsible for the preparation and monitoring of staff rosters, coordination of intake and assessment, allocation and monitoring of the team’s caseloads. In addition you will ensure that Centacare’s quality assurance processes are fully implemented, oversee accurate and timely program reporting requirements and monitor the program’s budget expenditure and performance in liaison with the Program Manager.
A crucial component of the role will be to promote Advocacy Services within the funded catchment and support the relationships between the client, workers and stakeholders. The Coordinator will provide leadership in the workplace by modelling high standards of work performance, positively influencing teams and individuals, negotiating, mediating and resolving issues and clearly communicating the vision and values of Centacare.
