Job Description

A key role of the position is leadership and supervision of the Family Dispute Resolution team, including the development of annual supervision contracts and program work plans and the identification of training and development requirements. This includes staff located in Mildura, Warrnambool, Ballarat and Horsham.

The Coordinator will support the designated Program Manager with the implementation of Service Agreements and the provision of required data to the relevant funding body, and will ensure that the programs deliver measurable, quality service, consistent with the program service models and program guidelines whilst maintaining the focus on client outcomes. The Coordinator will prepare and monitor staff rosters as required, monitor budget requirements, coordinate intake and assessment functions, allocate and monitor caseloads, and assist with quality processes.
