We have an exciting opportunity for two experienced Receptionist/Administration Officers to join our busy team where no two days are the same. These positions will see the successful applicants working a minimum of 10 hours per week with additional hours available to cover personal leave and annual leave as needed. It is envisaged that in the first six months of commencing in these positions that your hours of work will be between 10-25 hours per week.
As the face of the organisation, you will be the first point of contact with our clients, suppliers and members of the public, creating a friendly and professional impression of Centacare while assisting our clients, visitors and staff. This diverse role will see you undertake a wide range of administration and receptionist duties related to the general administration of Centacare Programs.
If you have demonstrated experience in administration and reception roles in a busy reception area, highly developed communication skills, an ability to work independently and have excellent priority and time management skills this could be the role for you.
