GPIR

Grampians Partners in Recovery (GPIR) is a Commonwealth-funded partnership aimed at supporting people with severe and persistent mental illness to navigate the mental health system. GPIR assist individuals, carers and families by bringing together multiple sectors, services and supports to work in a collaborative, coordinated and integrated way.

The target group for GPIR are people with a severe and persistent mental illness who have a significant level of functional impairment and psychosocial needs, aged 25 – 64 years.

Facilitators work with providers to improve service system integration, build individual agency capacity, deliver new approaches for working with people with psychosocial needs and to support clients to access services.
